Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain retail enablement playbooks, job aids, guides, toolkits, routines, templates, and other field-facing resources.
  • •Translate retail priorities, process updates, product/service information, and strategic direction into clear enablement materials.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support sales, service, leadership, operational, and customer experience priorities.
  • •Gather and organize colleague feedback and field insights to identify gaps and opportunities to improve tools, routines, and support materials.
  • •Support change rollouts and special projects by developing and maintaining resources for leaders and colleagues readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •3+ years of experience in retail banking, sales or service enablement, sales process, branch operations, communications, learning and development, project coordination, or related support roles.
  • •Experience supporting business resources such as job aids, presentations, guides, playbooks, or training materials for colleagues.
  • •Experience supporting sales, service, enablement, change, or Retail operations initiatives.
  • •Ability to translate information into clear, practical, actionable resources for colleagues and leaders.
