Key Responsibilities

  • •Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • •Find and provide the correct parts and accessories for both technicians and retail guests in a timely way.
  • •Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and enter details into the appropriate systems.
  • •Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, making every effort to resolve caller inquiries.
  • •Stock incoming inventory, maintain a clean and orderly parts department, and support merchandising displays to promote sales.
