Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver analytics insights by working with complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and performance drivers.
  • •Develop dashboards/visualisations and maintain reporting pipelines in collaboration with Allianz Technology (AZT) following enterprise BI standards.
  • •Drive AI/ML model development, validation, deployment, dataset preparation, feature engineering, and ongoing model monitoring activities.
  • •Coordinate delivery of data products by gathering requirements, mapping data sources, and implementing enhancements across business domains.
  • •Implement and uphold data governance (lineage, documentation, data quality controls) while providing technical guidance and planning work to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years’ experience in analytics, BI development, data engineering, data science, or AI-related roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines such as engineering, actuarial, data analytics, or IT.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and BI tools (Power BI) for large-scale data analysis.
  • •Experience with AI/ML activities including dataset preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • •Familiarity with Python and machine learning frameworks; RPA tools, cloud platforms, and MLOps concepts are beneficial.
