Job Summary

Lead facilities management for WSP’s UK real estate portfolio as part of the Workplace senior management team. Monitor and manage outsourced FM service delivery, drive the FM outsourcing strategy, oversee contract negotiations and service levels (KPI/SLA/compliance), and manage financial performance including opex/capex forecasting. Own compliance monitoring for properties, manage reporting/data governance, align IWMS and smart building analytics, and support change requests and M&A integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage outsourced FM service delivery across WSP’s UK real estate portfolio, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and performance standards.
•Develop and support the FM outsourcing strategy, assist in supply chain partner selection, and ensure outsourced supplier agreements are appropriately scoped.
•Manage contract negotiations, FM service levels, KPI/SLA/compliance standards, and timely documentation of contract changes.
•Oversee financial performance of estate operations, including cost saving initiatives, and prepare annual/interim opex and capex financial forecasts.
•Ensure legal compliance across the estate and align reporting/data governance and CRE knowledge management, including IWMS/platform and smart building analytics alignment.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in business or CRE management related field, or equivalent experience.
•Extensive experience in facilities management, including managing corporate facilities and outsourced service provider frameworks.
•Detailed knowledge of contracts (including leases and facilities-related agreements) and CRE compliance activities and requirements.
•Analytical and financial capability to develop and comprehend strategic plans and budgets, including operational and capital budgets.
•Line management experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
