Job Summary

Provide on-premises audio/visual support for AVI-SPL customers, working with the customer, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to deliver a world-class service experience. Set up and break down conference spaces, perform preventative maintenance, clean and maintain AV equipment, and troubleshoot/operate audio/video systems. Document work, provide client training, install non-complex components, and travel to customer sites as needed while following local safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance and testing/repair of AV hardware components to ensure technology works as designed.
•Clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans) and handle job site documentation.
•Provide timely support including meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and supporting video/audio recording where applicable.
•Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems, provide client training as needed, and travel to customer sites while adhering to local safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 31.25 hourly

•Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and colleagues.
•Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including soldering and crimping connectors.
•Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform intermediate computer tasks.
•Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
•Valid Driver’s License with a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards, plus a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).
