Key Responsibilities

•Own characterization of IC performance and power parameters, develop new characterization and analysis capabilities, and enable qualification of new and improved products; define tests, perform analyses, and present results to designers and executives
•Contribute to defining requirements for post-SI validation and IC power/performance characterization
•Describe an exciting work environment with collaboration across teams and opportunities for learning and innovation
•Lead projects from product definition through mass production, collaborating with chip design, power architecture, and BE teams

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/Physics (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience
•Confirmed experience with data analysis /product engineering/ FAB device engineering/Yield engineering
•Hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit characterization (e.g., PLLs, SerDes, ADCs/DACs, bandgap/reference circuits), including bench measurements and silicon debug
•Strong problem-solving abilities and out of the box thinking
•Ability to self-manage, show leadership, and have good social skills
