Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the OPEX strategic vision and roadmaps for the Reno, NV facility.
  • •Provide expertise for Eaton Business System (EBS) tools and training, including Strategy Deployment and OpA/EBS Assessment.
  • •Lead continuous improvement through Business Operation System (BOS) meetings and facilitation, using Kaizens, problem solving, and cost-out accountability.
  • •Deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) including visual controls, leader standard work, Gemba walks, daily accountability, and process checks.
  • •Build Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) capability by developing local ELSS/CI tool champions, leading plant-wide training, and managing safety culture in collaboration with EHS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience applying Lean tools (5S, Standard Work, Set Up Reduction, VSM, TPM, Lean Material Flow) in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Direct or indirect leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Experience leading and organizing medium to large scale Kaizen events using Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
