Job Summary

Support the execution of retail asset management strategy by analyzing financials, preparing and consolidating P&Ls, and advising on acquisitions, disposals, and transformations. Monitor performance against financial targets for community malls and retail assets, run market studies, and evaluate underperforming properties using IRR/ROI/ROE. Partner with internal teams and Retail GMs to identify investment opportunities and provide insights to SVP Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the execution of retail management strategy by preparing detailed P&L statements and consolidating financials for asset managers.
•Coordinate acquisitions, disposals, and transformations by conducting market studies, managing integration, and handling asset handover.
•Analyze underperforming assets using IRR, ROI, and ROE to recommend disposals or transformations.
•Monitor P&L for assigned retail assets to meet financial targets through rent pricing and tenant mix.
•Build business cases for asset transformations and provide insights to SVP Asset Management on cross-retail strategies, leasing/tenant mix, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years managing retail asset properties with annual revenue in excess of AED 1Bn.
•Experience in retail management (malls and community retail) and strong exposure to the GCC real estate market.
•Experience in property management and respective remedial auctions.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or economics; MBA.
•UAE National (role requirement) and strong analytical and stakeholder relationship skills.
