Drive LumApps’ most strategic AI adoption by embedding with enterprise customers and turning real workflows into working AI Agent prototypes. Build proof-of-concept integrations using public APIs, webhooks, and LLMs, then architect middleware and custom connectors for systems like SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow. Feed field learnings back into core R&D via PRs and reusable “Industry Vertical Packs,” and share best practices through templates and technical content.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with customers to map complex data environments and identify high-friction workflows such as HR onboarding or IT support.
•Build proof-of-concept AI Agents and integrations using public APIs, webhooks, and LLMs that plan, decide, and act within the LumApps ecosystem.
•Architect middleware and custom connectors to bridge LumApps AI with systems like SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
•Identify integration patterns from the field and contribute PRs to harden and evolve the core platform, then abstract solutions into scalable Industry Vertical Packs.
•Create plug-and-play integration templates, code snippets, and technical articles to enable and expand the ecosystem.
