Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan BOM materials across the product lifecycle to ensure the right availability for drones and docks at in-house and contract manufacturing sites, including Tier 2 materials management.
  • •Own the Clear-to-Build (CTB) report to drive material readiness for production plans and customer orders, and develop inventory strategy to balance flexibility and cost exposure.
  • •Identify supply chain risks, communicate risks across stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and escalate in a timely manner.
  • •Use CTB to drive engineering change orders (ECOs), product transitions, and material revisions to maintain supply continuity and minimize obsolescence.
  • •Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to drive supplier commitments, close shortages, and align supplier strategy while working cross-functionally with program management, engineering, production control, and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
  • •4 to 6 years of related experience in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware business with prior CM experience.

  • •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and ERP systems is a plus.
