Key Responsibilities

•Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges to find the best problem-solution fit and translate requirements into innovative solutions.
•Discover and frame value by building demos and business cases, conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects, and communicating the value opportunity and roadmap to C-level executives.
•Facilitate value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities, deriving improvement measures and initiating enterprise-wide change initiatives.
•Own the end-to-end customer value journey—landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing—and build strategic expansion roadmaps to drive adoption and growth.
•Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
•Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting for business software/SaaS, or an in-house enterprise role such as a Center of Excellence.
•Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
•Hands-on process mining experience is preferred, with hands-on SQL experience and Python preferred.
•Experience planning and managing project scopes/timelines and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management in English.
