Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the patient enrollment ramp for practices you manage, turning signed partnerships into active, engaged patients and families.
  • •Lead implementation and onboarding as the primary point of contact, coordinating with operations, data, and enrollment teams to ramp new practices quickly.
  • •Build trusted relationships with practice stakeholders and tailor engagement by account value, need, and complexity.
  • •Grow accounts over time by increasing referral and enrollment volume, surfacing practices for pilots, driving adoption, and owning renewals.
  • •Manage customer questions and issues end to end, document insights for the team, and ensure compliance with Medicare, GUIDE, and applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in account management, customer success, or a comparable post-sale role, ideally owning retention, expansion, or a book of business; experience building and/or leading a customer success function.
  • •Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • •Track record of measurable outcomes tied to adoption, utilization, retention, or expansion—here, patient enrollment and engagement.
  • •Comfort with data and reporting to stratify a portfolio and drive practice reviews.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with clinical and administrative stakeholders, in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
