Customer Service Specialist – Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and add detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification requirements, working shifts from 11 am–9 pm in a 7-days-a-week rotating schedule.
