Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship a testing and simulation engine that runs thousands of realistic voice/chat/phone conversations with controlled edge cases.
  • •Build LLM-powered evaluators and the closed self-improvement loop that reproduces failures in simulation, generates fixes, tests them, and raises PRs.
  • •Conduct applied audio and speech research by extracting signals beyond transcripts (background noise separation, paralinguistic signals).
  • •Own real-time voice infrastructure using SIP/WebRTC/WebSockets and STT/TTS pipelines with providers like Twilio/Vapi/Retell/LiveKit/Pipecat.
  • •Ship end-to-end features across backend, infra, evals, and the customer-facing product surface.
