Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and coach QA specialists to maintain competence through accreditation and ongoing monitoring, including calibration and “Check-the-Checker” testing.
  • •Review complex and high-risk cases and lead thematic reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess compliance with policies and risk appetite.
  • •Act as a subject-matter expert for complex queries/escalations, coaching QA specialists on correct decision-making and root cause analysis; support audit/regulatory activity when required.
  • •Lead internal and cross-stakeholder calibration activities (e.g., Operations, Products, Line 2) to ensure consistent outcomes and challenge findings to ensure they are fair and correct.
  • •Use advanced analytical techniques and AI to analyze QA outcomes and data, identify trends and root causes, and present insights for continuous improvement while meeting KPIs/SLAs.

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of QA experience or experience handling cases in a relevant function (AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, fraud), including coaching others in domain subjects.
  • •Fluent in English (written and verbal) with ability to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations.
  • •Good experience with QA methodologies and frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • •Risk and compliance expertise to identify and assess risks, interpret and apply policy requirements and guidance, and understand the regulatory environment.
  • •Ability to use systems, dashboards, and AI tools to analyze QA outcomes and data to identify trends and root causes.
