Automotive Detail & Prep Lead Supervisor - 1st and 2nd Shifts

Supervise daily operations in an automotive Inspection Center reconditioning line, directly managing hourly associates to achieve production, quality, and inventory goals. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repair, review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and lead first-time repair and detailing using Quality Control standards. Coach and performance-manage your team, maintain adherence to policies and procedures, resolve conflicts, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions.
