  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies and use KPI performance data to drive sales and profitability goals.
  • •Lead team performance by applying company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet sales goals.

  • •Oversee sales, service, operations, and visual managers to ensure execution of operational and visual guidelines.
