Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles and related equipment.
  • •Correctly diagnose faults and ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly for warranty compliance.
  • •Provide complete end-of-shift handovers, including vehicle on/off-road status.
  • •Attend customer sites as required to carry out repairs and service.
  • •Maintain accurate records (job cards, service sheets, timesheets) and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, including PPE and Safe Systems of Work compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Carry out preventative maintenance and repair standards to required levels.
  • •Diagnose faults to ensure correct replacement parts are fitted and warranty claims comply with warranty terms.
  • •Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and other paperwork accurately and on time.
  • •Ensure safe and compliant operations, including adherence to Company Safe Systems of Work, PPE use, and reporting accidents, risks, and near misses.
  • •Undertake necessary training to become multi skilled and support continuous improvement of processes and operating practices.
