Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the retail vehicle sales process on behalf of the brand, from enquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer transaction.
  • •Record and manage each enquiry in the dealer management system with timely, proactive follow-up.
  • •Understand and work to KPIs provided by the line manager and support efforts to maximize profitability per sale.
  • •Support the customer through the purchase process and requirements to complete the vehicle purchase.
  • •Maintain operational excellence in showroom display and presentation while complying with company and legal requirements, including HSSE standards and security processes for monies and vehicle assets.
