Own and modernize Jasper’s governance domain backend—authentication, roles/permissions, organizations, groups, and billing—so it scales securely and remains extensible. Lead refactoring toward an AI-native, composable architecture that enables enterprise workflows for CMOs, marketing admins, and Forward Deployed Engineers. Provide hands-on critical-path engineering (70–80%), set technical direction, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and engineering leaders.
