Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain flight testing materials and keep paper or digital aircrew records current, including annual record reviews.
  • •In-process and out-process squadron members in the records system.
  • •Coordinate with Chief of Training to review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per applicable guidance.
  • •Notify crewmembers, schedulers, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements.
  • •Update training and readiness status monthly in GTIMS and local systems, generate evaluation/testing reports/forms, and provide data for Stan/Eval group and certification boards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,048 - 68,132

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a USAF aircrew member; or experience working in a Squadron/Group Stan/Eval program; or experience as a DoD flying unit scheduler or training office.
  • •Experience working with GTIMS or similar proprietary training documentation programs.
  • •Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Must have excellent written and verbal communication and customer relations skills.
  • •Must have an active Secret Security clearance.
