Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver commission-based cost management services across pre- and post-contract stages.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, including estimating and rate analysis, and develop tender and contractual documents.
  • •Conduct tender analysis and compile contractual documents, managing pre-qualification and tendering activities.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, change control, cost checks, valuations, and produce monthly cost reports for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying (QS).
  • •7-13 years of civil cost management experience.
  • •Strong estimating, rate analysis, and cost planning, including preparing detailed cost plans across design stages.
  • •Experience in tendering and procurement, including bid evaluation.
  • •Skilled in post-contract cost control and change management, including BOQ preparation.
