Job Summary

Lead the design-to-execution delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic decisioning solutions. Translate approved architectures and workflows into scalable, governed AI implementations that support multi-agent workflows, LLM-powered pipelines (including RAG and tool-use), and production-ready decision automation, copilots, and chatbots. Define evaluation frameworks, ensure observability, and partner with AI architects and data engineering while mentoring data scientists and driving predictable delivery and client adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation of multi-agent GenAI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool-use, orchestration).
•Design and implement LLM-powered pipelines including RAG, prompt orchestration, and tool integration.
•Enforce data, logic, and governance standards across agent workflows and ensure alignment with approved architecture, semantic layers, and datasets.
•Define and execute evaluation frameworks and establish observability for agent workflows (traceability, logs, reproducibility).
•Partner with AI architects and data engineering; lead and mentor data scientists and support pilot-to-production rollout and client adoption.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic architectures (multi-agent systems).
•Hands-on expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
•Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications such as chatbots, copilots, and automation agents.
•Solid grounding in data modelling, SQL, and analytical workflows.
•Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability, and responsible AI practices.
