Job Summary

Support the Real Estate Structuring & Advisory team by reviewing, underwriting, and executing complex real estate debt transactions for institutional clients across the UAE, GCC, and select international markets. Lead financial modeling and transaction structuring, prepare credit proposals and investment memorandums, coordinate with lenders and advisors, and help drive deals to approval and financial close while maintaining portfolio monitoring and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare complex credit papers, underwriting analyses, and investment memorandums for real estate transactions.
•Build and maintain financial models (development cashflows, debt sizing, DSCR, LTV, refinancing, and sensitivity analyses).
•Support structuring and execution of real estate debt transactions across multiple property types and alternative assets.
•Coordinate transaction execution with clients, lenders, legal advisors, valuers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
•Review term sheets and legal documentation, prepare transaction materials for stakeholders, and support portfolio monitoring and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or related discipline.
•3-5 years of experience in real estate finance, corporate banking, real estate advisory, investment management, real estate investments, developer finance or structured finance.
•Strong understanding of UAE real estate markets and financing structures.
•Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
•CFA Charterholder or CFA Level 2/3 candidate is mandatory.
