Key Requirements

  • •Lawyer qualified to practice in a common law jurisdiction (HK qualification an advantage).
  • •3-7+ years PQE in a common law jurisdiction; candidates with less PQE may be considered with substantial financial services or contract negotiation experience.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory processes, rules, and codes in one or more of Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
  • •Proven experience and a track record at a law firm, financial services regulatory agency, exchange, or licensed financial services firm.
  • •Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to clearly articulate legal risks; fluency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
