Job Summary

Drive customer success in Workday HCM by helping customers overcome HR technology challenges after go-live. You’ll gather business requirements, provide functional and configuration guidance, and troubleshoot Workday setups to stabilize and optimize applications. Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver feature adoption workshops, functional and health reviews, and other services such as webinars and accelerator guidance—ensuring high customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements quickly.
•Develop and demonstrate Workday system configuration solutions, explaining product capabilities and the benefits/risks of design decisions.
•Troubleshoot and optimize product configuration to resolve issues and meet customer business requirements.
•Deliver consulting services such as feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks in partnership with an Engagement Manager.
•Support multiple customers concurrently through small-scope consulting, research for Ask-an-Expert requests, and clear communication of responses and value.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) software support or consulting experience on medium/large enterprise HRIS projects, or practitioner deployment experience.
•5+ years of experience with HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•5+ years of experience in Core HCM, Security, and Compensation product areas.
•5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
