Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver extraordinary service on high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced customer care environment with a customer-first mindset.
  • •Consult with Card Members to understand needs and tailor personal solutions while reinforcing benefits of card membership and acknowledging tenure.
  • •Provide relevant product offers/benefit enrollments to deepen customer engagement and loyalty.
  • •Address general and account-specific inquiries (e.g., statement inquiries, card replacement, make payments, rewards redemption) and update customer account information.
  • •Meet and exceed performance goals including sales rates, quality, compliance, productivity, and customer performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication skills to converse effectively and naturally in English and Spanish with Card Members.
  • •Ability to manage a steady stream of customer calls while meeting performance metrics and staying positive in stressful situations.
  • •Integrity to handle sensitive Card Member information and follow Regulatory and Compliance guidelines.
  • •Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy.
  • •Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday during the shift window of 6:00 am to 12:00 am.
