Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day and strategic engagement with assigned EMS partners to align on cost, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, and operational performance.
  • •Support RFQs, manufacturing award decisions, and volume allocation strategies through financial, operational, and capacity analysis.
  • •Monitor Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) performance and drive quarterly cost negotiations using benchmarking, cost analysis, and savings identification.
  • •Develop manufacturing spend reporting and cost-reduction tracking, including spend split analysis and sourcing performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate the Contract Manufacturer Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and drive resolution of supply chain, operational, quality, and fulfillment issues; support NPI manufacturing strategy and ramp activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, operations, supplier management, or program management.
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains.
  • •Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with cost analysis, supplier performance management, and sourcing activities.
  • •Must be based in Penang with legal work rights; able to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
