Key Responsibilities

  • •Run annual and quarterly planning cycles, including objective setting, agreement, and tracking.
  • •Build and track the business unit budget with central finance and lead headcount planning.
  • •Develop engagement economics: costs to win/deliver/support, margin by client/project/use case, and delivery-cost drivers.
  • •Research markets and competitors, size markets/segments, and support decisions on where to sell and in what order.
  • •Turn complex questions into recommendations for leadership, prepare materials for group leadership and the board, and manage cross-cutting projects with no clear owner.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, corporate development, or an adjacent analytical role.
  • •Ability to build a model from scratch and present conclusions to senior leaders.
  • •Comfort working with technology/professional services contexts, especially where delivery cost and margin must be understood.
  • •Strong ownership: take vague questions, shape the work, and carry it through to completion.
  • •Rigour in numbers: state assumptions, understand data sources, and clearly identify estimates.
