Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and define the QA offer and strategy, including methodology, discipline, and framework.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team; manage training and continuous learning.
  • •Drive continuous QA improvements using appropriate testing tools, test techniques, and test automation.
  • •Oversee functional, performance, and security testing, including compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • •Identify and pursue new QA-related business opportunities and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Extensive Quality Assurance experience, including leadership experience.
  • •Deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
  • •Strong technical skills across functional/non-functional and manual/automation testing, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
  • •Sales and business development skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
