Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the program strategic business case covering projects/programs in execution and delivery scope.
  • •Define and track benefits, objectives, and success criteria aligned to the approved business case.
  • •Create and maintain the overall program framework/playbook, including execution plan and delivery methodology.
  • •Maintain program tools/templates and implement an information management system integrated with execution processes as a single source of truth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • •Proven record of implementing processes and procedures on construction projects or programs.
  • •Experience managing a program of connected projects with collective value of $10M to $100M.
  • •Ability to communicate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, and to complete and present program reports to clients.
