•Identify and address adoption barriers, resistance, and skills gaps; escalate blockers impacting rollout success.
•Track and report adoption metrics, usage trends, and change readiness indicators to Workplace Services leadership.
•Design and deliver training programs and enablement materials tailored to different user segments and proficiency levels; coordinate with HR, Communications, and business units to ensure aligned messaging.
•Run feedback loops (surveys, focus groups, pulse checks) and translate insights into continuous improvement actions.
