Key Responsibilities

•Perform standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment at Way gate and customer locations.
•Maintain, repair, and install x-ray system components such as x-ray tubes, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, and motion/control electronics.
•Provide customers with technical support via phone and onsite service.
•Complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner.
•Monitor site safety during work scope execution and drive customer satisfaction through quality service standards.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation (or equivalent).
•At least 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
•3+ years’ experience servicing X-ray or similar industrial equipment.
•Strong communication skills and ability to read/write English; intermediate math skills.
•Experience troubleshooting in a Windows-based environment, including diagnosing electronic hardware issues; ability to read schematics and use oscilloscopes/digital multi-meters.
