Job Summary

Join Philips Health System’s sales team in Hong Kong and help drive service business growth. You’ll plan pre-sale and post-service strategies, manage service performance, and lead service transformation so lifecycle business strategy is deployed across sales and services teams. Own key hospital account operations and performance to meet budget targets, develop service business models, and increase customer satisfaction and service contract penetration.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan pre-sale and post-service business growth strategy and manage service performance to increase market reputation and meet business objectives.
•Lead service transformation to deploy lifecycle business strategy across sales and services teams.
•Leverage multi-functional teams to develop and deploy lifecycle business models to the market.
•Drive assigned Key Accounts hospital operations and business performance to achieve and exceed budget.
•Increase customer satisfaction by identifying value-added services and increasing service contract penetration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales/account management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
•Experience in process development and change management.
•Independent with strong execution capability and a strong drive for success.
•Excellent communication skills and strong English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) proficiency, both oral and written.
