Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coach the leadership team on organizational and people topics to achieve guest service and business objectives.
  • •Maintain and develop the employer brand locally and beyond, and implement search, selection, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • •Drive colleague engagement through communications, events, and proactive follow-up on engagement survey results and feedback; handle staff grievance issues proactively.
  • •Support competitive positioning and help create compensation & benefits structures using market and internal benchmarking.
  • •Ensure corporate and local HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented; support performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, and efficient, compliant HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in HR or Congolese Law.
  • •Fluent in French and English.
  • •6+ years of HR management experience in hospitality, preferably luxury, with at least 2 years in a leading position.
  • •Strong understanding of Congo work culture.
  • •Ability to support HR as a business partner to deliver hotel HR strategy (attract, develop, engage, retain talent).
