Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform approved instructional designs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging, technically accurate IMI.
  • •Develop interactive multimedia training products, including IMI Level 2+ solutions, using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate.
  • •Create and modify native HTML5 content to support customized instructional interactions.
  • •Integrate multimedia training products with Government Learning Management Systems and package/validate courseware for SCORM requirements.
  • •Conduct technical testing and quality assurance, troubleshoot LMS/SCORM/browser/multimedia issues, and implement revisions from QA, government review, testing, and SME feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required and ability to obtain/maintain required Public Trust access to access Navy networks and training systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing interactive multimedia or web-based training products.
  • •Experience using Adobe Captivate (or comparable interactive authoring tools) and working knowledge of HTML5/web development.
  • •Experience with SCORM packaging/validation/troubleshooting and familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online course deployment.
