Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and optimization of new tools and products from incubation through production.
  • •Spot ineffectiveness in daily processes and code to ensure the team works at its best.
  • •Integrate software from customers and other teams into products.
  • •Write, test, and debug efficient modern C++ code for complex software solutions with AI tooling support.
  • •Work with product managers and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions, and train/mentor junior engineers as the UK team grows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related engineering field.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience developing performant modern C++, or a strong willingness to learn C++.
  • •Strong procedural and object-oriented programming experience using clean code principles and good OOP design patterns/principles.
  • •Experience developing in Docker and containerized development environments, using Linux-based operating systems.
  • •Must have ability to hold UK Security Clearance (current or previous preferred).
