Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze bulk, finished products, and stability samples according to approved methods and correct labeling status.
  • •Maintain raw testing data in logbooks and update Batch Analytical Record Sheets per procedures.
  • •Maintain equipment usage and preparation of reagents, standardization logbooks, and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • •Conduct system suitability, method validation for non-pharmacopoeia methods, and perform PM testing and regular stability testing.
  • •Support OOS investigations, troubleshoot testing failures, assist with audit management, and ensure strict adherence to the Quality Management System and lab SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (Post Graduate Degree preferable) with 2–5 years in a quality and/or regulatory compliance role in healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
  • •Ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality, efficacy, and compliance risks.
  • •Good understanding of regulatory requirements for regulated products, including drugs regulations and GLP.
  • •Clear capability to perform analytical testing per approved methods and maintain documentation in logbooks and Batch Analytical Record Sheets.
  • •Good understanding of typical compliance expectations and safe laboratory practices, including SOP adherence.
