Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PCB CAD layout design data generation to meet product requirements.
  • •Verify PCB layouts and drawings for completeness, conformity to standards and specifications, and manufacturability/accuracy.
  • •Conduct comprehensive design reviews with engineering teams and manufacturing partners to confirm engineering, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
  • •Plan and execute PCB design project tasks aligned to program/project schedules.
  • •Perform PCB/PCBA product failure evaluations and release/update BOMs, drawings, and CAD design data into Teamcenter for configuration control.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •8 to 12 years of experience in PCB layout and routing for mixed-signal, high-speed digital/analog, low power and high current designs for high-volume manufacturing (including HDI, double-sided, multilayer, flex, and rigid-flex).
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools including Allegro, OrCAD, Valor (DFM), and AutoCAD (2D), including generating PCB parts and maintaining PCB libraries.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD for fabrication and assembly drawings aligned to IPC-ASME standards, plus understanding of IPC 2221, 2222, 600, 610, 6012, 6013, 7351, and 7352.
  • •Experience with Product Data Management tools (e.g., Teamcenter or similar) and release/update BOMs and technical drawings into configuration document control systems.
