Senior Cost Manager, [CSA or MEP]

Lead construction cost management while acting as the client’s representative, guiding general contractors to maximize profit. Own project planning and performance management using KPIs, and manage guidance to contractors and design offices. Coordinate cross-functional teams, secure and allocate resources, and continuously manage quality, safety, and environment (HSE). Handle primarily factory and research site projects with occasional 3–4 day business trips, building value in a global, flat culture supported by CBRE partnership work.
