Track recruiting metrics, advise on talent market and compensation competitiveness, support university recruiting, and contribute to Talent Acquisition COE initiatives while maintaining ATS documentation and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with site-level hiring managers in the US to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
•Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other key functions.
•Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
•Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership.
•Monitor and improve recruiting metrics and advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation competitiveness, and best practices.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of recruitment experience is required; 5+ years is preferred.
•Experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial or similar production environments (e.g., automotive, metals, aerospace) is strongly preferred.
•Proficiency with SuccessFactors ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
•A bachelor’s degree is preferred (or significant relevant recruiting experience without a degree).
