Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Salesforce CPQ SME for SKU/quote configuration, SKU migration mapping, quote structuring, and related corporate/financial/sales policies.
  • •Create preparatory draft renewal quotes and provide expert guidance while working with operational teams across the coverage area.
  • •Ensure policy-compliant quoting, including reviewing and granting SKU use-case exceptions in line with business policy.
  • •Resolve quoting issues end-to-end by troubleshooting problems, understanding contract/subscription data impacts, and escalating for support when needed.
  • •Support UAT for new quote processes and system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management.
  • •Renewal quoting and quoting experience with cross-functional quote creation.
