Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, and delivery of ICT, Telecom, AV, Security, and Smart Technology systems for mixed-use, master plans, and infrastructure projects.
  • •Develop technology strategies, design criteria, and system architectures aligned to client needs, standards, and project objectives.
  • •Manage ICT infrastructure design and coordination, including OSP networks, fiber backbone, telecom rooms, data centers, GPON/P2P, and smart city infrastructure.
  • •Lead AV system design and integration (e.g., digital signage, IPTV, meeting rooms, public address, command/control centers).
  • •Prepare and review concept to tender documentation, provide design governance/QA, mentor team members, and manage delivery, schedules, risk, and commercial performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering (or related).
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Strong ICT, Telecom, AV, and ELV technical expertise.
  • •Experience leading the planning, design, and delivery of ELV/ICT systems for projects.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and provide client-facing technical leadership.
