Job Summary

Senior CTS engineer collaborates with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities to diagnose and implement corrective actions for in-service engine issues, supports MRO teardown/reassembly, and coordinates resolution of AOGs and hardware-related service problems. Develops technical data for engine/module inspections and manuals, coordinates with technical publications, and interfaces with Airbus and RTX programs to improve reliability and service.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul.
•Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines.
•Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues.
•Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
•Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to their hardware.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
•5+ years of engineering experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
