Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose issues using data from many makes/models, and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Order parts and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance and maintain service vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle.
