FP&A Associate Manager

Lead financial planning and analysis for the Turkey business unit, owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions. Partner with business leaders to deliver performance insights, manage annual budgeting alignment, and drive robust forecasts with variance analysis. Oversee management reporting packages and collaborate with the regional FP&A team to standardize processes. Contribute to continuous improvement, monitor market/economic factors, and support ad-hoc initiatives.
