Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for consumers and small businesses by uncovering financial wellness needs through in-branch conversations and proactive calling. Meet individual sales and referral goals, open and advise on deposit and lending products (including checking, CDs, home equity, and unsecured lending), and deepen relationships through partnerships with branch teams and line-of-business specialists. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit requirements while supporting branch operations on the teller line as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of interactions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities in-person and over the phone, then provide customized recommendations to support clients’ financial wellness goals.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and products, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop relationships by partnering with branch teammates and line-of-business partners and managing internal/external centers of influence to acquire and deepen client relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Knowledge of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms and capabilities.
