Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts, including value stream mapping, to define and deploy future state throughout operations.
  • •Evaluate manufacturing processes and ensure sound engineering and manufacturing principles, prioritizing safety and repeatability.
  • •Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and lean material flow; document processes and generate engineering change notices.
  • •Initiate and manage capital improvement projects, including manufacturing equipment, facility enhancements, and new product start-ups.
  • •Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor and support NPI activities in assigned work cells, managing multiple projects on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently possess or will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
  • •Minimum of three months of internship or co-op experience in engineering and/or manufacturing engineering.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience with MRP systems (SAP), and tools like Microsoft Project or AutoCAD/ERP (preferred).
