Job Summary

Support the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within Customer Experience by auditing ticket and voucher issuance, managing vendors, and handling supply inventory. •Audit and ensure compliance of ticket and voucher issuance, and support vendor management and inventory/supplies ordering.
•Review and process invoices and research variances, including reconciling fuel distribution and tracking fuel usage and billing for DFW.
•Work directly with Compliance Coordinators to ensure DFW adheres to company policies and procedures.
•Assist with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required.
•Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines, and manage supplies and services requests with vendors and stakeholders.
