Job Summary

Lead and supervise multiple teams on site to ensure safe, on-time delivery of construction tasks, coordinating with foremen and site engineers to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain acceptable quality of works and minimize reworks while effectively utilizing available resources.
•Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for use.
•Coordinate at various levels to carry out as-built activities for major elements of work.
•Perform corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed by the site engineer.
•Ensure works are completed per approved shop drawings, method statements, and Safety (BBS) with 100% completion on or before the scheduled date.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of working experience in construction/engineering (minimum).
•3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
•2+ years GCC experience is a plus.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
•High School Diploma and related technical certificates.
